The Typographical Toad finds a new home

We have a new member of the CPD family - Seamus the Toad!

If you're not from Hull we have probably already lost you, but hear us out with this one!

Larkin25 was an event that took place in Hull to commemorate the life and work of Phillip Larkin, a famous poet from the area, marking the 25th anniversary of his death.

So what do toads have to do with this? Well, on the 17th of July a series of decorated toad sculptures were placed around the city in tribute to Larkin's poem Toads.

We sponsored one of the toads, The Typographical Toad, and we were then given the opportunity to purchase it once they had been removed from the city centre.

So here we are with our very own toad!
